Located within the integrated two-story parking structure that The Metro is built around, each owner will have at least one assigned parking stall with their condo. We include a second assigned stall with each of the three-bedroom condos and live/work units in the building, as well as with almost every two bedroom unit.
In addition to our abundant parking, each condo at The Metro comes with one private owner storage unit within the building. As with our parking stalls, all owner storage unit locations are preassigned. Almost all of the owner storage units are located within the two story enclosed parking structure; the three that are not contained in the parking structure are located within the interior hallways of the residential areas of the building.
